1 .Talent Acquisition:
- Support recruitment activities for intern and fresher hiring
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate communications and recruitment database updates
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and campus activities
- Support recruitment reports and market talent insights
2 .Employer Branding:
- Support content creation for recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and internal channels
- Coordinate employer branding initiatives with universities and student communities
- Help maintain SSI’s employer branding presence across digital platforms
What We’re Looking For
- Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong interest in recruitment, employer branding, and people-related functions
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel, to support recruitment reporting and data management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or social media content creation is a plus
- Good English communication is an advantage
