User Experience Manager (UX)

1. Job Purpose

- Lead the user experience (UX) design strategy and execution across SSI’s digital product ecosystem, including trading apps, websites, and platforms.

- Ensure consistency, intuitiveness, and efficiency throughout the customer journey—from first-time investors to institutional users.

- Embed UX into all product development decisions to enhance competitiveness, customer retention, and satisfaction.

2. Key Responsibilities

2.1 UX Strategy

- Develop and maintain the overarching UX vision and strategy for all digital products.

- Act as the key bridge between user behavior research, product development, technology, and communication teams.

2.2 Design & Supervision

- Oversee UX/UI design for key features across trading platforms, including account opening, fund transfers, order placement, asset management, and technical analysis tools.

- Ensure all designs align with investment logic, offer intuitive navigation, responsive feedback, and optimize user conversion.

2.3 User Research

- Collaborate with UX Researchers to extract insights from real users across investor segments (F0–F3, VIPs, institutions).

- Plan and conduct A/B testing, usability testing, and heatmap analysis across product development stages.

2.4 Team Management & Development

- Recruit, coach, and manage the UX/UI design team.

- Foster a customer-centric mindset and high design standards across the team.

2.5 Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product Owners (PO), Business Analysts (BA), Technology, and Marketing to translate designs into executable features.

- Represent the UX voice in product roadmap discussions and feature planning meetings.
