Transformation and Change Lead - DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OFFICE

The Transformation Team​

This role will be part of the Transformation team in the Digital Transformation office. The transformation team will partner with technology to provide consulting and advisory services to the business. The transformation team will contribute to the business strategy, influence technology investment spend and define solutions to maximise value for SSI​

This Role​

This role is responsible for leading consulting assignments and engaging with senior business leaders to define business solutions  and roadmaps for strategic business problems anchored on digitalisation.  Guiding business investment to align with the agreed business value priorities, Technology Strategy and Target Architecture to maximise long term benefits and achieve SSI outcomes.​

This role will facilitate the engagement of other SSI teams and partners to deliver services and solutions in a coordinated manner.​

Key Responsibilities​

Solution Consulting​

• Engage with business leaders to understand their priorities, value drivers and needs. ​
• Provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems.​
• Work with senior business leaders to translate needs into actionable initiatives and development requirements ​
• Lead and work with cross functional teams to deliver the strategic roadmaps, prototypes, POC’s, and MVP’s ​
• Define, structure and develop work products, deliverables and stakeholder communication ​
• Conduct workshops with senior business leaders to uncover new opportunities to be explored, prototyped or developed​

Innovation and Industry Trends​

• Conduct research to identify, assess and quantify new trends in demand and technology ​
• Conduct research to benchmark competitor activities in strategic development areas, emerging technologies and digitalization ​
• Attend and participate in industry events and forums to exchange and gain knowledge on emerging technologies with industry SME’s, and identify potential future partners​
