  • In-charge of technical aspects on rolling out key business systems
  • Document or manage the documentation of system details of key business systems from connectivity, system configuration, DB schema & parameters to application parameters
  • Research & document all technical configuration of the key business systems
  • Manage the repository of incidents and corresponding actions; perform rehearsal regularly
  • Conducts technical assessment as part of a proof of concept
  • Develops and communicates performance, load and stress testing goals, priorities, and status
  • Develops metrics for monitoring increased performance and scalability.
  • Provides guidance for performance test initiatives that take a true end-to-end focus on ensuring client side, server tiers, database and data integration jobs are performing as expected
  • Troubleshoots performance, load, and stress testing through analysis of system design/coding
  • Evaluate and research emerging performance tuning methodologies, monitoring tools, processes and technologies
  • Graduated from university with majors in IT 
  • Minimum 6 years’ technical experience.
  • Experience on finance system and securities trading system is an advantage.
  • Experience on rolling out  securities trading systems is an advantage.
  • Experience and understanding of architectural principles and frameworks (MVC, Spring and Hibernate preferred)
  • Hands on experience with J2EE/JBOSS application deployment technology.
  • Thorough knowledge with J2EE/JBOSS application platform configuration and performance optimization
  • Experience on performance monitoring, tuning, analysis and diagnostics
  • Ability to profile a system from OS/DB/Storage to application level with strong Linux, Java expertise.
  • Master of performance testing, tuning & benchmarks concepts and methodologies.
  • Services oriented mind-set is required.
