MarTech Expert is responsible for all data-related and technology-related of marketing covering website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube…social platforms, dashboard, data structure and data insights. The job holder is expected to lead all the technical items of the website like UI/UX, user touchpoints, user journey and user flow to gain both the users’ satisfaction and business objectives thanks to data insights from website. In addition, this incumbent collaborates with IT department for all the integration and synchronization of systems related to marketing activities. MarTech Expert is also expected to handle some commercialized tools of marketing as well
*** Main responsibilities:
• Follow up to ensure the activities should be within the allocated budget
• Deal with agencies/ vendors/ suppliers for a reasonable fee but still ensure the win-win position
• Build the whole user journey, user touchpoints across digital and social channels
• In charge of UI/ UX and other technical matters of website and other digital assets
• Develop the digital data model, data flow, data organization, data insights and data visualization
• Design the integrated technical synchronization across systems: CMS, CRM and platform insights
• Work with vendors to update the new features and technology for marketing
• Initiate the new features for website and other social platforms
• Work with internal IT team and internal MKT team for technical-related matters
• Lead the development and deployment of other digital assets: Ecommerce, event page, Podcast, Youtube…
• Initiate and lead the activities to commercialise some technology-applied marketing tools
• Build the operational workflow with the agencies and vendors
• Involve the Marketing team process regarding the admin process, project management and compliance…
• Be an active member and role model for any internal process of Marketing team and corporate

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ economics/ technology.
• At least 5 years of digital and social marketing, and minimum 3 years in MarTech
• Experiences in digital content and campaign in Finance/Banking is a plus
• Solid expertise about the website and digital/social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, various podcasts format….)
• Quick learner and high level of curiosity about new technology, new trends
• Proven understanding about data, systems and technology
• Strong data mindset with good analytical thinking
• Good sense of business
• Exceptional organizational, analytical and project management skills
• Good at communication and influencing skills
• Presentable, open and active
• Passionate and strong determination
• Teamwork spirit and be supportive
• Able to work with multi tasks and under pressure
• At least 5 years of digital and social marketing, and minimum 3 years in MarTech
