- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the scope.
- Align the scope within the strategy of the organization.
- Identify processes able to be simplified, automated, and/or improved with help of existing systems with or without customizing, and/or new systems
- Identify the gain and risk factors on each process before and after reengineering.
- Define and develop how to adapt technology for the reengineering of each process.
- Review and recommend the gain and risk factors per new business process from functional teams.
- Review and define the SLA & KPI for each business operation as well as the demand on response time of the corresponding supporting systems.
- Determine the method of measuring the ROI on each reengineering process.
- Define the changes of existing system and/or acquiring new systems required for new processes.
- Communicate with stake holders about progress about the design and development of processes reengineering.
- Document the business requirement for changes in existing system and/or new systems.
- Communicate with Technical Department for the detail of each changes.
- Coordinate with the application owner in Technical Department for the schedule and cost matters.
- Act as program manager to consolidate the schedule and cost among cross-functional teams and technical team.
- Communicate with stake holders about progress of execution.

- University degree in IT, Computer Mathematics or related subjects.

- Minimum 12 years experiences on technology with intensive business Solution implementation or equivalent position.

- In-depth knowledge of software engineering, programming languages, frameworks, techniques and industry trends.

- Proven experience on solution design for desktop and web applications.

- Familiar enterprise technology framework.  

- Well trained and rich experience on project management.

- Experience on finance system and securities trading system is a must.

- Strong business sense and a solid foundation in information technology

- Solid experience as a technical leader in an organization able to  coach and mentor, work through complex problems.

- Ability to apply innovative thinking in conjunction with a technical understanding of emerging technologies to address needs and problems of providing recommendation to the business units.

- Good presentation, written and verbal communication skill.

- Communication skills, communication confidence, team work, good customer relations;

- Ability to work independently, under pressure and large,

- Fluent on English
