The Transformation Team

This role will be part of the Transformation team in the Digital Transformation office. The transformation team will partner with technology to provide consulting and advisory services to the business. The transformation team will contribute to the business strategy, influence technology investment spend and define solutions to maximise value for SSI

This Role

This role is responsible for contributing to consulting assignments and engaging with business leaders to define business solutions  and roadmaps for strategic business problems anchored on digitalisation. 

This role will facilitate the engagement of other SSI teams and partners to deliver services and solutions in a coordinated manner.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Consulting

• Conduct workshops or interviews with business representatives to identify needs and issues
• Formulate requirements into well formulated solutions which may include process re-engineering, digitization and other technology changes
• Present back findings and recommendations to the business representatives  through proposals and presentation decks
• Solicit and track feedback for shaping designs and solutions
• Work with cross functional teams to deliver prototypes, POC’s, and MVP’s 
• Ability to lead work streams to success
• Provide regular project updates

Innovation and Industry Trends

• Contribute to research to identify, assess and quantify new trends in demand and technology 
• Contribute to research to benchmark competitor activities in strategic development areas, emerging technologies and digitalization 
• Attend and participate in industry events and forums to exchange and gain knowledge on emerging technologies with industry SME’s, and identify potential future partners
