1. Application support

- Manage and monitor the status and performance of applications as prescribed

- Fulfill application-related requirements and track results

- Record and monitor the correction of application errors arising to ensure SLA regulations

- End-user training on how to use the app.

- Determine the availability of the application / solution transferred to the Application Support Group

Monitoring and promoting the handling of issues arising related to the application ensures the SLA has agreed in the support contract with the provider and/or the SLA has been internally agreed upon.

- Engage with the project team to manage app change control when the app is put into use

2. Operational support

- Control of resources for operations from suppliers and internal development teams, ensuring complete and effective operations

- Research and propose current system improvement methods in the operation, monitoring and support of users.

- Participate in IT Services Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).

3. Project support: Participating in projects related to new technologies such as Cloud, DevOps ...

- Graduated from a full-time university or higher majoring in IT.

- Have about 3-5 years of experience in the equivalent position;
Having financial experience, especially securities, is an advantage;
- Knowledge of Linux system, Window Server, Database;
- Have basic knowledge about networking, security ...; have knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM;
- Capable of reasoning, logical thinking about log analysis, system analysis, problem solving skills;
- Be able to communicate effectively, as a bridge between deployment partners, solution providers, internal teams and other user departments;
- Capable of working independently, orienting professional work for the team;
- System thinking, determining priority levels at work, managing risks and acting as a team leader in solution engineering;
- High self-study ability;
- Read and understand technical documents well in English, basic communication;
